  • I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, 11/19 and the girl who was supposed to come in called out and there was nobody to cover. Wasted half an hour waiting. Since then I have been calling and leaving message every couple of days to schedule an appointment and all I get is a voice mail. I leave a message but never receive a call. I just want to cancel my membership as this is extremely unprofessional but I fear I will have a hard time doing so as there seems to never be anyone there.
