  • Imagine LaGuardia. Then imagine Larguardia times 100. That's Toronto Pearson International Airport. It's so dysfunctional, in spite of countless renovations. Lots of nice signage but it's all so contradictory. The Immigration & Customs process was designed by the criminally insane. Restaurants charge prices that are criminally insane. The one exception is Extreme Pita but, because it's the sole place for affordable food, the lines are criminally insane. I say lineS (plural) because there are two: one to order and an entirely different line to pay. Both crawl at the pace of a deceased snail. YYZ is the pits. Never connect through this miserable hole. And if you live in Toronto, I pity you.
