  • If you are looking for quality care in a clean sanitary hospital this is not the place. My wife was in the ER waiting area for 2 hours and an additional 6 hours in a chair in the ER. She was NEVER seen by a doctor. The front desk clerk had a bad attitude and ZERO customer service skills. The hospital is severely understaffed. The patient restroom reminded me of gas station restrooms. There is no PRIVACY, we witnessed a gentleman come into the waiting area and asked the front desk clerk for information about a patient and the front desk clerk yelled to the nurse in the back, "what room is that OD patient in"? A severe violation of HIPAA. It is sad to see a brand new hospital so poorly managed and operated.
