| - There are some negatives & some positives about living her, but the positives for sure make the experience worth it.
First night living here was a disaster. The people in the apartment above us were fighting all night. It sounded like they were screaming, hitting each other and throwing stuff at each other. The apartment above us has a baby living there and was crying all night. I could not sleep and this is all I could hear. I have an apartment facing the future resident parking and I always hear loud noises of cars and people walking all day and night. The stairs are very close to my apartment, so I hear people walking up and down the stairs often. The apartment came with one complementary parking spot, which I loved. Our second spot we pay $75 per month for and it is not close at all. It is not worth the money we pay, but it is our only option unless we want to park on the 5th floor (which is up 3 flights of stairs and in the hot Arizona sun).
Although there are all these negatives, the positives have made me love living here. You cannot beat the location; it is right in the heart of old town Scottsdale - close to restaurants, night life, shopping, etc. The apartment in itself is extremely nice and trendy. I love the updates they have done to the place. I really enjoy the pool, as well. LOVE the trash valet service - makes it so easy that I do not have to take out the trash and can just leave it right outside the door every night. Maintenance is also extremely helpful and they come fix things right away - which I really appreciate.
Even though there are more negatives then positives for me, the positives stick out to me more and make me enjoy living here. I would definitely say this is the perfect complex for a young college graduate out in the working world (not so good for a family with children, older adults, married couples, etc.)
