  • I have lived here for years and can tell management has changed,I'm so disappointed!! There lack of care has me convinced any other apartment complex would be better. The leasing agent knew my issues with my A/C on June 30th at 9 am. She authorized less than satifatory work which has caused me to be without cooling air now on a holiday weekend (6/2/2016) spent my entire day trying to keep in contact with Galleria palms because the staff didn't care about my situation. Can't wait to move!
