  • I have to say that I LOVE the Biltmore and I would go back to this restaurant. I just would not order what I did, the corn beef hash. It's not homemade. I had been there in the past and it was homemade. Apparently they had a chef/menu change. The thing that bothered me was this: on their menu it's listed as a 'signature dish'. I was pretty disappointed that a 'signature dish' at the Biltmore came from a can.
