  • This company is straight trash. They like to scam people into bs insurance premiums they cancel on their own. 6 month policy THEY cancelled after 2 months.. policy purchased in May 2017 for $1400, cancelled in July 2017. Apparently, 2 months of auto insurance costs me $900+. Idk what kind of common core bs math they do there. Anyhow, complaints filed with BBB, WA st AG office and WA st Insurance commission. The customer service rep was beyond inept and couldn't provide basic info or even send an email or fax for policy info. Paying thousands of dollars a year, and they can't mail or fax me my policy. Obviously, a 49 cent stamp is not in their budget. I will NEVER do business with them or any of their affiliates ever again. Stay away.
