  • This morning I called Kera to ask where I could possibly get a new seal for the bottom of the shower door they installed over 3 years ago. To me this is a normal wear and tear item since I have replaced so many over the years in all of the homes we've lived in. To my surprise, not only did they say that they'd be more than happy to come by and replace it for me, they also said that there would be no cost! WOW!!!!! In this day and age it is virtually impossible to find any customer service let alone one that is as wonderful as Kera's. I highly recommend doing business with this company.....they're that good.
