  • They seem to have pretty decent prices, but based on the reviews I read here, I was expecting some really good service as well. My husband and I walked into their showroom last week and the two dudes sitting down staring at their laptops seemed super annoyed we had walked in. After a few minutes one of them got up and finally asked us if we "needed anything." Um... we're in a flooring store. We need flooring. We told him what kind of laminate we were looking for and he pointed in the general direction of laminates and then stood around watching us look at them. No information offered, not even small talk. I'm glad it seems others have had a good experience here, but we sure didn't. We left and got our flooring elsewhere.
