  • Apparently they triple book appointment times with their online system and do not have the man power to do the work. I showed for my time only to find out it would be at least 1.5 hours out the door for an oil change. Needless to say I did not stay... even though the front desk clerk was nice it doesn't make up for a shitty online booking system that is in desperate need of a revamp.
