| - BE VERY CAUTIOUS!! Where or where do I start?? HORRIBLE customer service, specifically with Jessica. Our patio project started back in July with another patio installed in October. I had decent work completed with all 4 patios other than the fact that we have had to call them 4 different occasions now to fix the same leaks. Our main complaint is the extremely poor communication from Jessica. She tends to always talk over you. Does not accept the customer's complaint or dissatisfaction. Always has some excuse for everything. I just called today, which is my 5th phone call from Monday to today, to wait over 10 minutes before Jessica picked up my call and acted like it was my 1st time calling. She starts off like she is all gung ho talking about our leak situation. This leak is a 8ft line of leaks, right out my bedroom door. I can see right through where it butts up to the house. Needless to say when I have to interrupt her to ask her why she hasn't returned any of my 4 messages, her reply is of the utmost ridiculous response I have ever heard, stating, "well I have so many customers and everybody wants to talk to the office manager I just can't get back to everyone". Bullshit! You don't have that many customers where you cannot make 1 attempt to provide your duty of proper customer service. Then tries to tell me that Lulu could have scheduled my leak repair, that I didn't need to talk to her. Funny every person that has answered the phone all have said Jessica is the only 1 to handle scheduling and the problem at hand. More bullshit as she had also said in the past herself that she is the only one that handles all of that. So I also mentioned to her I'm tired of having to deal with the same leak not getting fixed and her reply is that that many leaks is normal! That, that is totally acceptable!!??!!? I'm confused, 1-2, is acceptable, 3 is pushing it but 4 times to fix 1 of the same leaks and get the crappiest customer service? More BS!! The rain gutter needed to be fixed, and the leak around the light bars, let alone the shower like leak out my back door 4x's. The excuses of why no one showed on a day I took off for them to work, and was never called for the no show. Watch yourself with this one, she true to be slick as snot. I have a feeling that because she is the owners wife, that she can act like that. Sorry but the you should use some of your customer's $ to learn proper customer service. They try to spit a good gimic and game. They especially don't give too much concern after they got paid from the finance company. I'm surprised that they have 3 stars on yelp! The worst customer service ever, there is so much more that I could double the length of this post!
