  • This place is disgusting and very low grade. The pool was closed because someone decided it would be nice to take a dump in the pool. Everyone was crammed into the lazy river and the kids we diving into the water in that area. The lifeguards are rude and a bunch of punk kids. Our room is disgusting and dirty. The tub has a grime layer and the TV does not work. I called the desk and the best they would do is move us to another tower. Staying here for my birthday and my wife is totally pissed about the rude service. Stay away!!!!
