  • Was very excited to try Gotham Bagels located near the capital in Madison. They claim the bagels are the closest thing to NY bagels. I would say that's pretty accurate for Madison. Everything we had was good from the egg salad to the turkey sandwich. Our favorite was the Farve and I highly recommend that. Make sure you ask for generous portions because we felt skimped on the whitefish salad. Great for a quick breakfast or lunch. We will be back but my expectations won't be as high.
