  • This dealership sold us a car that had previous body damage and it was not disclosed to us at the time! We bought a Volvo...the safest car out there. We would never had bought it knowing it had body damage putting my family at risk! The only way we found out was we had it appraised at another place. They said it had previous body damage and they would only buy it back at a severely reduced price! My jaw just dropped upon hearing this news... My wife went down recently to complain and their excuse was that at the time we bought the car they were under goin a management change. Funny cause the sales manager who spoke to my wife was the same guy who sold us the car. He said he would make things right. I went down there as well to speak to him. He gave the same speech and basically said even tho they have access to 20 dealerships inventory they wouldn't remedy the situation by looking for a car we actually want instead of waiting for something to come to their dealership. They are not actively helping us fix this horrible situation...they're just hoping we go away or fix it ourselves. It's a lot of money we're losing but would cost them very little to remedy this! They put my family at risk just to make a few bucks!
