| - Maybe I let all the hype get to me and went in with unrealistic expectations. Maybe I was unfairly comparing it to Zumanity. Maybe I was just annoyed by the people at our table playing with their cell phones. Maybe they were as bored as we were. Maybe it was just an off night.
Regardless of the reasoning, I was REALLY disappointed with the Crazy Horse Paris.
Yes, the women were beautiful, and the costuming was fabulous. But most of the girls had absolutely no stage presence. With two exceptions, they all looked uncomfortable, bored or just plain lifeless on stage.
A couple of the dance numbers were pretty hot, but most were simplistic and boring. The dancers looked like they were just going through the motions - there was no life, no energy, and again, no stage presence.
The sound system was horrible, and the lighting technician needs to be fired.
I hate to say this, but I thought the most entertaining part of the show was the two clowns who did a couple acts between the girls' performances.
Unless I get free tickets and have nothing better to do that night, I won't be back...
