rev:text	I am upset that it took me so long to try this place. It's was absolutly fantastic!! The service, the atmosphere, the drink selection, the food!! Walking in, I didn't know it was anything like it was. First, you're seated and your server explains how it all works, they take your drink order, explain and offer some appetizers and then asks what size bowl you'd like..small, medium or large. Once you pick your bowl size, you then go up to the bar/buffet area where you put choices together. Pick from multiple different raw proteins and veggies...fill and pack that bowl with as much as you possibly can...pick your seasonings and then your sauces. Then, take your creation to the grill, pick your starch and give it to the cooks to put it all together and cook it all up for you. You can watch your creation come together or take a seat and your server will bring it to you. Our server today was Kelly and she was absolutely amazing. She explained it all perfectly and answered all of our questions. She even came up to the food line with us to make sure we knew what to do and to make sure we were 100% comfortable with what to do. We ordered the pork pot sticker appitizer which was amazing and my friend and I both loved the bowls that we created. I went with a chicken dish and her with a beef. I can't wait to go again and put some other stuff together. They have so many selections and concoctions that can be made..it's going to be an amazing adventure every time. I would recommend that everyone try this place at least once. You will not be disappointed!!
