No wonder Macys is going out of business, their online customer service and store Representatives honestly suck. Return policies are horrible and all they say is that "they're sorry". Sorry for what?! Not giving me money back in a timely manner? You can surely take the money out of my bank account quickly but take 10 business days to process a refund? You have got to be kidding me!! I used to hold Macys to high standard but boy how the mighty have fallen.
Oh and just a suggestion... why don't you employ customer service representatives in the United States not whatever in the hell it is I just called!!
