  • I bought a groupon, when I called to schedule my appointment there were no dates open prior to the expiration date. they were very accommodating and said that there would be a $10 up charge. This was fine with me. I purchased a 75 minute microderm abrasion. The appointment started on time with Christi. The first thing I noticed was that there was no music in the room. This was the first facial I had where they did not lower the light in the room either. Not a big deal I guess but the atmosphere could have been better. Christi has a very nice touch. She made light conversation and explained products as she went along. Unfortunately my 75 minutes was cut short to 60, but they did not charge the extra $10. Overall good experience just disappointing that I did not get what I signed up for.
