My kitchen is slanted. No I'm not kidding like the water/food/stir fry tilts to one side of the pan because whoever did the renovation didn't use a level. I put the level on the counter it went all the way to the other side. Lol no where near the middle. The floors on the renovated apartment are like permanently stained with black streaks from a bad installation. And there seems to be some kind of rot or water damage. Our tubs paint peeled off almost the whole tub so it has to get done and we moved in with one of the toilets tanks cracks and constantly leaked water. The staff does reply quick to fix this stuff. I also feel like the walls are thin. When construction was happening I could hear unpleasant conversations the construction workers were having and even someone singing. I notified the office nothing changed, also hated the early morning banging noises from the construction next door. They offered me nothing to consolidate this. So all that but I got a 10 day notice for being loud (having an argument) in my own home. Well okay I guess. The hot tub is luke warm, and the pools are a bit to cold although they claim heated. The fobs don't ever work correctly. But the rest of the amenities are nice. Parking is a hassle. They have a large chunk of the lot blocked off for shipping containers which is annoying because there is very limited parking spaces to begin with especially for guests, so often times there are people parked right next to it then the threaten to tow you. No one wants to walk half a mile to get home. Fix it. This is a large space so I understand it will be expensive you get a garage and a big kitchen but at the same time some quality for 1600-1700 a month would be nice.
