  • Today I had an appointment. I did show up 30 minutes early prior to my scheduled time. No one told me it was during there lunch time (even though they had me fill out forms) and all of a sudden no one is around on the optical exam side. Very rude. After 15 min the optometrist showed up and without a word went in a room and closed the door. I waited till the exact time of my appointment still no one showed or let me know of any information. I left. Very bad customer service. It's really sad when I have taken a family of 4 there for more then 5 years and they have just lost a customer.
