  • Terrible experience here. Went to enjoy the downtown Cleveland skyline but the bar is pretentious and poorly managed. We get it- it's an exclusive bottle service type place. After being told the first night we arrived to move several times/ and then when the same thing happened the second night- we just ended up checking out of the hotel. There are so many wonderful hotels and cocktail bars in Cleveland, it's not worth the hassle.
