  • I hate to have to write an unfavorable review for Jubilee as we have had good experiences in the past when the manager Barry was present, however after he departed the customer service did as well. My boyfriend and I ordered a very expensive sectional 11/27/15. This sectional was customized to fit our decor and we were told it would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. Unfortunately the manager Barry left town to deal with family matters and Mary, the owner is filling in. After numerous attempts to obtain information over the phone I eventually made a trip in to see exactly whats was going on with my furniture. Mary tried to tell me we owed more then we did so I went home to get the original receipt to prove we had already made payments. I was told my order would arrive for sure by the first week of February and when it didn't I was told it would arrive by February 23rd. I called today and was told only half of my sectional arrived without fabric. I was then told the fabric I initially chose was not available and they would have to select something else. So I have been waiting 14 weeks for my sectional and I have no idea what the fabric will look like or when the rest of it will arrive. Furthermore, there is an extreme communication barrier as the staff have very thick accents and are difficult to understand. Unless Barry returns I will not be purchasing anything else from Jubilee.
