  • I would call this place the music equivalent of a Sport Chek. Being used to small, often crammed & dusty boutique music shops, I was pleasantly surprised by Cosmo's spacious, clean & brightly lit one shop stop for all things music. The store functions like a mini-music mall, with an atrium & specialty shops for brass, string, piano & sheet music. There's even a coffee shop & music studio. Customer service is pretty good, with more employees on hand than required (I went during non peak hours). The only downside is that the store is located kind of in the middle of nowhere (north of Major Mackenzie, away from major shopping areas), but it's located off of Leslie, which is close enough to the 404, so it's not too bad.
