rev:text	Absolutely GREAT! A truly honest man and business who isn't trying to sell an annual service like every other exterminator I called before I found Urban Desert. I called on a Friday night and to my surprise, Brad picked up the phone. He couldn't have been more personable and took the time to listen to my complaining about the recent annoyance of finding crickets and a few spiders inside my house. He said his wife would either call or text to schedule an appointment the next morning, which she did promptly at 9 AM. We set the appointment for Wednesday (his first available appointment) between noon and 1 PM. Then, a few hours later his wife texted to tell me she had a cancellation and could come on Monday instead. Brad called me at noon on Monday to tell me he was 15 minutes away. He was extremely professional and explained exactly what he was going to do and why I was likely having the problem. He showed me a door leading to the garage and explained the importance of weather stripping it properly after he was finished. He was honest, to the point and very reasonably priced. I had called 3 other exterminators who ALL tried to sell me annual services for over $550 a year even though I made it clear that we had never had any problem before for 15 years and were only experiencing a small issue within the last two weeks (during the rain.) Brad was great, as was his knowledge and treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his family run business!!! Perfect from the first call to the last bug!
