  • They mixed up the orders a little and I ended up paying for a box combo when I got a 3 piece combo. I emailed and within hours somebody called me and apologized! It was an honest mistake, but she ended up sending me a gift card for a free box combo! Thanks Lanea! Awesome response time! I've emailed several other companies and never received a response so I was pleasantly surprised to get a response so quickly. My favorite chicken place, hands down. And for all you guys who degrade the workers, why don't you hop in and try, it's not as easy as it looks.
