  • UPS is horrifying and this particular store used to be run by nicer staff, but this one guy that works there is not customer friendly. And I resent that UPS did not leave a notice for an attempt at delivering my 2 packages, yet they claimed to have tried to deliver. LIES. I will now use the lesser of 2 evils, Canada Post, for my deliveries (even though they don't even make legitimate attempts to deliver, either), just so I don't have to have sullen and rude service to pick up a package, again.
