  • The only person professional and helpful in that office is Kim. Jaime and Susan are both rude and no help at all. The tone of voice they both choose to use sounds like you're interrupting them and they'd prefer not to be asked questions. They took my application fee and told me it would take three days to hear something back but my call was never returned and to me that isn't how you do business. I've monitored the sight for days and it seems as though the prices on the home increase every other day. It's a nice complex but they need rent control and more employees like Kim.
