  • Tried to rent a apartment here to be close to my ailing parents. They currently use a rating system core logic to approve their tenants. I currently live in the dream apts in henderson which has a great property management. I pay more rent at my current place then i would have at this new complex i was trying to get into. Needless to say i had spoke to one of their leasing agents before i wasted 50 dollars on their rental application and was told if i brought my discharged bankruptcy papers from 5 years ago I could get approved regardless of the report. Well i was declined and lost 50 dollars. That is a lot of money to lose. The management company based out of tennesse cowards to return my call to see if i could put a extra deposit etc. They had the propery manager call me back saying they go off credit score etc. The interesting part i have had a great rental history this last year in a high end luxury apt paying almost 1300 per momth when i was only trying to rent a place for 833 a month. Now i will have to find one with the sister property of my current place and unfortunately will not find one closer to my elderly parents whom my father is a retired veteran. Shame on you MAA management and colonial palm vista apartments for taking the most important part of renting units the human factor. I would not recommend wasting 50 dollars for a application fee because of core logic as well. I could have done more with that money rather than flushing it down the toilet.
