rev:text	Visiting Las Vegas from Phoenix I decided I needed (aka "wanted") a multi-outlet USB charger for all the travel tech, and according to Google & Yelp, Fry's turned out to be the nearest likely source. Having read the customer service reviews for this store I hesitated a moment, but I've shopped Fry's in Phoenix for years and know their selection is superior to just about anybody else's as far as tech toys and decided to give it a go anyway. And am glad I did as I experienced a level of courtesy and competence worth writing about and want to specifically commend Emmanuel Blanco, and also to give a nod to the courtesy of cashier Justin Yee. The store layout being different from what I was used to I had to ask the location of cellular accessories / multi-outlet USB chargers and was politely delivered to that area, but there Emmanuel Blanco approached us and asked if he could help. He knew the merchandise and its location. He was proactive in approaching us, knowledgeable within his realm, professional in appearance, friendly without being overly familiar, and just plain helpful. Having no further shopping needs we proceeded to the checkout where cashier Justin Yee showed courteously and competently rang me up for my big 2-item purchase, and in the few moments of that brief transaction managed to exhibit just a bit of courtesy and class more than might be the perfectly acceptable norm for such a brief interaction. When we took the time to be complimentary of the help we had already received from Emmanuel, he took the time to provide is with the brochure with contact information to convey our compliments to the corporate management about a fellow employee not even in his department. That small act of thoughtfulness earned our respect. Needing nothing further we did not experience the rest of the store or the helpfulness or lack thereof spoken of by many, so for the reason of only a single visit for limited purposes I'll give the store a 4, but the service provided by these two young men in our brief, limited interactions was a solid 5. On behalf of two (semi) old white guys from Arizona, we thank them, and on behalf of old guys everywhere, further commend them for not needing to pull up their pants at work.
