I would recommend a first timer to firstly sign up for the reward program before visiting. Get a free appetizer or dessert. Be sure to go heavy handed on any bowl size because the meal will be smaller than you thought once it's cooked. At least your free item, will make the experience balance out. I made my order based on a previous patron review. It turnt out pretty good but I was missing my rice in my dish with noodles. I got the peanut butter dessert as my freebie for joining the rewards program. Once my meal was cooked and ready to go, the waitress informed me I would be given the other two dessert choices to complete the free item. So once I got home, I ate my meal first and realizing my rice wasn't there. After I ate, I open up three containers to see two desserts in one box, one in another, and there's my rice in the last box. I felt like my initial meal was worth $6 but with the rice maybe $8. The lemon raspberry cake and peanut butter cake were moist & delicious. The Oreo was quite dry. If I come back next time, I'll get more creative with added topping to such a small bowl. YouTube gave me some building ideas.
