I love this restaurant that's tucked away from the loudness of Vegas. It's located inside Bellagio hotel and it's got delicious food with incredible service. There was one point where we had 3 waiters at our table: 1 was filling up our water, 1 was cleaning off the table, and 1 was bringing additional food. Talk about VIP service.
-Amuse Bouche: I honestly don't remember what it was but it was like a corn soup deal (they switch their amuse bouche throughout the night btw) but it was warm, savory and yummy
-Foie Gras Special with sangria and a side of cooked date and fig (not on the menu): DELICIOUS! I'm a big fan of foie gras so the sangria gave it a nice oomph to it. Nice way to start off the meal
-Chilean Sea Bass: Not the typical kind that I was used to (really oily, delicious and yummy) since this was more fried on the outside. Still good but not exactly what I was hoping it'd be
-Rabbit symphony: Very, very rich tasting but worth a try. It's full of flavor but like I said, it's extremely rich so if you're not a fan of that, maybe you shouldn't try this.
-Chocolate sphere dessert: Got this whole show going on where you melt hot chocolate onto it and the sphere breaks, revealing the hazelnut goodness inside. THIS was really delicious
-Crème Bruelee: Pretty standard but they give you a generous amount
If you're lucky, you can even get a seat next to the window where you can view the water fountain show. The food was good but the service is really what turned this place into a 4. I'm a huge fan of great service and this one was exceptional.
