| - This will be a shorter review in comparison to what I usually write. It's a Dunkin Donuts!
Décor: If you've never been to a DD, you need to go! As you walk in, you're greeted with very bright orange, and pink. They have a large menu, so it's easy to read. They also have breakdowns on what the sizes of the drinks are, and the different add ins that can go into your drinks.
Food: So, for a donut chain, I really like their donuts. They usually have seasonal items that are always fun to try. The cold brew here is amazing if you add hazelnut swirl to it. Be careful about how much cream and sugar you use, most of the add ins have a good amount of sugar inside already. I have tried some of the breakfast sandwiches, and I can say from what I tried, I love the hash browns, and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. They get a little greasy, but meh! The bagel is always good too!
Service: This is where locations can either shine, or fall apart at the seams. The GM here is a lovely older lady that greets customers, and if you're a regular will call you by name. They have a special table set to the side for their returning guests, and they always keep the place alive! The other manager, the one who had surgery, is amazing as well. She was super nice to my daughter, and always remembers her customers.
Overall: Again, chain restaurant, you get what you pay for. But the service is truly better than any of the other donut places I've been to so far. I hope that the management team sees this, and knows they're doing it right! I have noticed a decline in service though during the afternoon, so please address it!!!
