Had the rare beef and beef ball pho and the shrimp paste on sugar cane. Pho broth was clear and had flavour and depth, meat was high quality with no chewy gristle, noodles were plentiful and had bounce, and the herbs and bean sprouts were fresh. Shrimp appetizer came out freshly made and piping hot, shrimp was fresh and didn't have the stink common with old seafood and it wasn't too greasy.
Price reflects quality of food.
All in all, the meal was excellent and the best part was I didn't die of thirst from msg overload. Let's hope they continue to keep up the same standard and quality in their food. I'll be back.
