  • Kathy Gondella does not care about her renters. For example--Our air conditioning went out TWICE during summer and she failed to respond when we called the 24 hour emergency line. It was 98 degrees in our house. We paid for weekly landscaping and we were lucky if they came once every other month. We took pictures of the weeds and overgrowth and emailed it to her but it didn't help. I could go on and on with examples. Her customer service skills are terrible, stay away if you can.
