  • The Camelback Jimmy John's location is 1 mile from my house but after dozens of visits over the last couple years I'm willing to drive further to other locations because of the poor customer service. I have never once even been given napkins for any visits. NOT ONCE . I have to walk back, reach behind the counter (since they don't put them out for customers) and grab my own. We ended up going to the McDowell location and was blown away at the excellent customer service, the smiling employees, the fact that they OFFERED napkins without hesitating.
