| - I had my eyebrows threaded 8 weeks ago in a small town in California's Central Valley and while it was painful...yes, i screamed, maybe shed 1 croc tear, it was the most amazing brow job I've ever had in my 30 years of existence.
Fast forward to my Jamila experience...I walked in and a young woman was behind the register, I said "hi" (cheerfully) and she looked at her phone, dialed a number, and flung her hand to the sign-in sheet. No eye contact, no smile, no return greeting. RED FLAG
I brought my 11 year old daughter with me, we looked around at some of the costume jewelry, tired wigs, and sat down. Another older women came out of the back on the phone with what sounded like a disgruntled customer. They both talked with the lady, very insincere, overly used "sweetheart", and just seemed unprofessional!
RED FLAG
After sitting for 5-8 minutes (no complaints there), the young girl that refused to greet me called me to her chair. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO THREAD. SHE YANKED A COUPLE HAIRS FROM THE TOP PART OF MY BROW AND USED TWEEZERS ON THE "UNDER BROW".
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I DON'T SEE HOW THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE JAMILA MIRACLE BROW EVERRRRRRRRRRR!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
No, I wasn't pleased with the final result or their service. I'll never go back.
