  • I've been going here for year now.. and recently I changed my dentist insurance so Kalie was approached to me on the phone.. I insist her if she can tracks down they will take my new insurance or not instead of helping me she asks I have to look it up by myself.. sure I will look it up FOR you even I don't get pay to do it.. then after found out my insurance have their as in net work.. give a call back now she offered to help me; just making sure if that they will accept my new insurance so I gave them the info to help me track down.. as first she got the wrong number, later on the phone I heard she had hard breathing to me.. and then later she told me that the phone number I provided is from the broker??? What are you taking about Kalie???!? I just called them and ask... in the phone continuing raising the phone and complain how I hung up on her... Please, if you did not give me an attitude I would not just hung up on you... not feeling comfortable to come back anymore.. There are plenty places.. Dr. Tran.. You need to train this person because it is first impression your client will have to your office.
