  • My fiance and I joined this club shortly after the gym had been purchased from the previous owner. I'll admit that during renovations, it was a bit inconvenient but we were prepared to wait it out in order to get a better facility. Now the gym looks great! There's new equipment, they've added towel service, a dedicated spinning room, a woman's only section, and hot yoga. The facilities are A+ in my books. All of that said, the customer service is awful. The staff, for the most part, aren't interested in their members. There is a woman at the front desk who is very rude. And lately, there are never any towels available. However, I think the good out-ways the bad and I would recommend this club to potential members.
