  • I went in to get some highlights and was excited I've heard all but good things. I sat down and she asked me if I wanted a cut at the end of everything I said I wasn't sure because I have been growing it out but understand it might be needed. She said it was fine but quoted me 204 with a hair cut I said that was fine and we went on with the process. She was great and made sure I understood the process of dying my hair. It wasn't until it came down to cut I said I was fine without it, I personally didn't think I needed it. I went to pay thinking that's off and they still charged me 200+. I asked if it was going to change because I didn't get a haircut the girl at the front didn't want to go ask so I paid a lot more than I thought it was worth. Feel like I got raped with my own hair.
