  • Great resort! I read a lot of reviews before getting there and was nervous based on the number of bad reviews they got. But the staff was friendly, the resort was clean and the water park there was a big bonus. We were lucky enough to be placed in one of the renovated rooms and they were beyond our expectations. The only bad thing I would say about the room was that the tub wouldn't drain. But one quick call to the front desk and they sent someone right away. The water park was excellent it was clean and was perfect for those 100 degree days, we went there pretty much everyday of our stay. There is a resort fee of about $50 a night but it kinda pays off with the water park, free parking, and free wifi. It's 2mins away from the Arizona Mills Mall which is great for shopping. There is a gift shop in the lobby which has nicely priced gifts to take back home. There is also a Starbucks right next door to the gift shop. Be prepared to bring your camera because the views outside the lobby are amazing! Our overall stay was great, I can't wait to visit Arizona again so that we can stay here. Would definitely recommend staying here during the summer because of all of the pools and the water park. It might be better to stay somewhere where there is no resort fee if you're traveling in the fall or winter when it's colder.
