| - I have never really created a review, but this is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I just moved into to Arizona two weeks ago. And trying to get internet service, which was supposed to be a one day process, has turned into a 3 week ordeal, filled with broken promises, conflicting information, and just a circus. I hope to get it resolved today, but to add insult to injury, CenturyLink has planned to charge me $85 in order for a technician to come out to repair phone ports, even though I have yet to have a day of service! I will definitely not recommend this service to anyone new moving here. Not worth the hassle. They are glad to take money, but when there are issues, it isn't a priority.
