My boyfriend kept raving to me about this place for sometime and I finally got to go any try it!
First of all this is a nice little corner restaurant that is way bigger than it looks upon entering. You order from a menu that's written on a chalk board which can be a bit overwhelming especially if it's your first time there. Took me a while to figure out what everything was but they have awesome staff that was very willing to help you out. After you figure out your menu you order up front, get your drink, and then they seat you. We sat in the back which was a nice open spaced area. The place was busy but not to the point where we had to wait long at all. Also we found out that it is a B.Y.O.B. establishment too!
As for our dinner it was AMAZING! I was surprisingly impressed since all I kept hearing about was "how good their steak sandwiches are". Me and my boyfriend got small steak plates. I got the ribeye and he got the NY Strip. They both were to die for. They each come on a long wooden board with an individualized salad for what meat you get. Then along side is a grilled crusted piece of Italian bread. I swear I couldn't get it in my mouth fast enough lol. The ribeye was good but I preferred the NY Strip and it just melted in your mouth. Each meal was just enough and I didn't feel guilty of overeating to much. Also we got a side of Fungos which were pan roasted cremini mushrooms with shallots, rosemary and sherry wine vinegar. Who does like steak and mushrooms right! These were delicious and paired perfectly with our steak.
I absolutely can not wait to get back here to try out other things! The food I watched come out of the kitchen as we were eating looked so good!
