Bought the iPhone 7 from a previous employee, whose name I don't recall. I just remember his black beard.. anyways, when I mentioned I wanted to use my upgrade towards a new phone, he came back with two didn't prices and what each phone package came with what. I thought he just got me a smoking deal especially when he didn't clear up the fact that they don't even do two year contacts anymore. I ending up getting my brand new, leased phone stolen within 3-4 weeks, used insurance and went back to Verizon to not only help with the device, purchase of lost case, but to clear up the confusion I had with my phone and phone bill. I spoke with Tony, who was not only professional and personable, he made sense of everything rather easily. I don't like to feel like I've been with a car salesmen over a phone or a gym membership (last review EOS gym) Key words or terms should be mentioned in any transactions and most importantly put in print.. Like leasing for instance. Especially when I'm like wow only 130 for iPhone cause of my upgrade.. the two offers he came back with never mentioned this is the price you pay for leading. Tony is a great employee and I walked out of there feeling 1000x better than I did before. I don't know how my friend and I didn't catch the any of this from the other employee.. all I know is that Tony knows his stuff and truly helped me quickly, and efficiently.
