  • Went in with my wife to get new phones (Samsung s6 for me and i phone 6s for her) and are very happy with phones but this is a service review. for me the name on the building means nothing.. you can fall in love with a particular location of a restaurant's service for example and go to another location that kills your perception of service because service is about the person in front of you, not the name on the building. at this location we met up with the store manager Robert after I called him a couple days earlier and was impressed with him on the phone so I went out of my way to make sure he helped us when we went in and was very glad I did. we were first greeted by Thomas who was great answering questions and clowning me for my titans hat i was wearing,no problem they do kind of suck right now. after a short wait Robert took lots of time getting us sorted out with everything we needed including clouding all our info on both phones and went above and beyond moving a app over to my phone that wouldn't back up on cloud. (this took almost as much time as clouding our data...Robert , hope your still there when we get ready for our next phones. Thanks for the great service.
