I'm writing this review while waiting for my 7:04 pm flight to leave, and it's 9:54pm. Staff look like a bunch of deer in headlights, only giving drinks and snacks to first class passengers. The staff is not very friendly and have little regard for the full flight of people who have been delayed almost three hours. This is definitely the last time I fly Delta, you could train your people to be more accommodating and making us economy customers feel like human beings. Mr ceo of Delta, your business is not customer centric, nor is your staff. Southwest airlines, sorry I didn't book with you!
