  • I purchased tickets for the Saturday night show on-line. When I arrived at the box office to pick up my tickets I was told they had no reservation for me. After a few minutes I was told that I did have a reservation, but only for dinner, not the show. Nobody could explain how that was possible. The two people that were working at the box office were as dumb as a box of rocks. I ended up leaving because between the two of them they could not figure out how to sell me a ticket from the box office. It was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I recommend never going there.
