Handybook is a very difficult company to deal with. Contacting customer service over the phone is neigh impossible. Despite the fact they are a large company and we have given them ample booking time, they cannot find anybody to clean for two hours. The amount of time for the notice is ridiculous also. If you schedule a service two weeks in advance they will not get back to you until the day before.
It is possible the reason they cannot find anyone to clean is because I have a $70 credit. This credit makes the service free. If a company will not honor it's policies, it most certainly is not worth dealing with. There are a bevy of cleaning companies in Phoenix working at a lower price, can be contacted easily and will honor their discounts.
I would recommend Handybook to someone who has already purchased a Groupon and cannot redeem it.
