  • I'll just add my voice to the many.. Rented a house with SW Gas as the gas provider, middle of December, no possible way they can get someone out to hook up the gas for 7 days. And when they do come, I have to take the day off work, on a Monday, to sit at home all day and wait for them to potentially show up, at some point. If I owned this house I would go out right now and buy an electric water heater and say fuck you southwest gas and cancel my install completely. But alas. 50 degree showers for a week instead.
