  • I Have lived here for 3 Months now and I absolutely love it. Best place I have ever rented from. Rent is competitive and amenities are top notch. I compared this place to many other apartments in North Glendale and these stand out strong and are definitely the best value and quality you can find. The Apartments are spacious and comfortable and the area is quiet and safe from the riff raff. And very convenient also. I'm not sure what some of these negative reviewers on here are talking about. I normally keep to myself though for the most part. The Manager Becky went above and beyond to make sure my family's move in was a great experience. I appreciate the help of the maintenance team for there hard work. Kelli is very professional and detailed to work with. I would say she is my favorite person to work with. Courtney was helpful too with helping to make Tuscany Ridge the place I call Home. There was only one time before I moved in I did call the office one time for questions and a different woman answered that I didn't recall her name, but she did lack customer service skills a little, I tried not to take it personal and brushed it off. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about this place. The grounds are always clean. I would definitely recommend these apartments
