  • I will not return to this place ordered philly steak and cheese, 3 people in the party and one with a different order. No onions, Simple right? NOPE! It comes out covered in onions, so we ask them to remake the order and instantly the "cook" (let's use that term loosely shall we) complaining well why should I have to remake it all. Now after 20 minutes we have no food this "cook" is running around like a chicken with her head cut off, the other customers are now getting angry total chaos. After about 25 mins of waiting our food still yet to be made we ask for the manager. A very nice gentleman comes over, and reprimands her for questioning why she had to remake the whole order, if only one sandwich was wrong. He helps he start our order and comes back and offers free dessert for the inconvenience. Ok all is fine and well in the world right? NO! As soon as the manager leaves total chaos erupts again. She finished one sandwich the one with no onion, in it goes into a take out box. Order was dine in, it was a good 15 minutes before the other 2 sandwiches came off the grill. We get our food go sit down to eat, and guess what. There was a pool of grease in the bottom of the container. Disgusting? No? So I go back up and politely ask the cashier if she would eat a sandwich like that, mind you the grease is running off the bread at this point. Here we go again, I ask for a refund and the "cook" in the back running her mouth "why should he get his money back, it was made right!". No your right you did make it right after almost 40 minutes of waiting for it. There was the issue of the lake Michigan of grease in the contsiner. Here comes the manager again, this time with the room chef (head chef I'm assuming) in tow. I ask them both if they would ever eat anything like that, none the less serve it to a customer. Both looked and just shook their heads in disbelief. Ok at this point it's time for a refund, the cook is complaining she can't do her job, the room chef and manager are both yelling at her. The orders are comming out all wrong, people are mad, and the cashier was all pissy. The manager gets an A+ on so many levels trying to make the visit right. The rest of the crew (minus the room chef) all need to take a customer service class, and learn to deal with complaints, and upset customers. Eat at subway they put in, the employees have no personality but at least you know what you get there!
